Mobile Test Automation Program brief
This is a test automation project and not a core (application) development project
We need developers who have expertise in iOS who can write automation scripts in Swift, RxSwift ( Mandate skill set )
Candidates need to have good debugging skills
Candidates should be open to working on test automation
Candidates should be ready to learn new technologies & work on enhancements to our automation framework
As this is a test automation program, it involves building automation to reduce manual test efforts - working with manual testers to understand test flow & test environment details will be common
iOS SDET Requirements:
Should have minimum 4-8 years experience of Swift Development
Proficient with RxSwift and Xcode – Mandate skill set
Should have understanding of iOS Architecture/OS, DS, Codable
Experience with iOS frameworks such as Core Data
Should have basic understanding of API or web services
Should have good knowledge on understanding and developing UI components in the app (view system)
Should have good knowledge of cocoapods
Should have understanding of testing iOS application with tools like XCtest/XCUITtest
Should have good knowledge of working with Simulators
Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
Familiarity with continuous integration
Bonus:
Have an understanding of how Voiceover works
Python and GO knowledge is an added advantage
