Responsibilities & Deliverables:

-Client Acquisition
-Call Centre Business Development
-Lead Generation (International Business)

1)Accountable for focusing on sales growth and building a strong business pipeline.
2)Manage responses to #RFPs, #RFIs, unsolicited proposals and finalist meetings.
3)Understanding business and technology scenarios, identifying opportunities, solution offerings and business case to the client & involvement in preparation of proposals.
4)Create an aggressive, comprehensive solicitation and BD strategy to both new prospects and existing clients resulting in a robust sales pipeline of prospects
5)Excellent knowledge and understanding of the international market, business and clients. Evolve Client acquisition strategies for International BPO.
6)Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to collaborate with large prospects.
7)Ability to effectively write reports, business correspondence, procedure manuals, presentations, and contracts
8)Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
