Responsible for contract, contract-hire & full-time placements of IT professionals for Blue Chip Clients.
Sourcing, screening, filtering of resumes, reference check, take care of interviews and place candidates with clients
Will be responsible for all aspects of account development, negotiating rates for temporary, temp to perm placements, competitor analysis & market research.
Design and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
Excellent interpersonal skills with strong analytical and leadership skills.
Must have experience of Team Handling.
Must have the ability to interact with the Clients
Experience on different job boards like Monster, Naukri, & LinkedIn etc.
The capability of building a resume database.
Experience Required- 3 to 6 yrs
