The Candidate must have experience bidding to online portals like Upwork, generating revenue, bringing in leads, sending proposals, following up, and closing sales.

The Candidate must have experience in bidding for the following roles:

  • Call Center
  • Back Office
  • E-commerce Listing and advertising (Amazon)
  • Website Designing
  • Etc

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Bachelors Degree
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in Upwork bidding.
  • The Candidates must have the required skills for handling International clients.
  • The Candidates must have Excellent Written communication & Writing Skills.
  • The Candidate must have an IT/Sales Background and should be familiar with technologies.
  • Corporate office work, no fieldwork, fixed day shift, spot offer, immediate joining
  • Converting the right business opportunity/lead to an appointment for the client.
  • Set appointments for the Business Development Sales Manager or Director of Business Development for program discussion and the ultimate goal of closing qualified leads.
  • Follow up with leads who have been contacted in the past.
  • Should have good experience in Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities
  • Should have good experience in lead generation, inside sales, market research, etc.
  • Articulate Fractals differentiation and value proposition and highlight the business benefits of engagements through e-mail, voice, and in-person interactions.
  • Fast learner who can adapt to change.

The minimum monthly target for sales will be 10,000 USD/Month.

The remuneration for this job is INR 30,000/Month + 10% Commissions on sales amount (If the target is achieved)
