1) Good Experience in (Internal/ External) Recruitment.
2) Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms and professional networks)
3) Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
4) Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
5) Onboard new hires
6) Familiarity with LinkedIn, resume databases and specialized networks (e.g., Stack Overflow and Github)
7) Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
8) Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize competing demands
9) Strong problem-solving, data analytics and reporting skills
